Breedloves
Ofc. Chris Breedlove of the Maryland Transportation Police and his wife Kim during the candle light vigil. Ofc. Breedlove was nearly killed in 2003 when he was thrown over 60 feet from his Police motorcycle during a traffic collision. After a year of rehabilitation and therapy he has returned to full duty.
